Motorcyclist Dies In Collision With School Bus In Westford

WESTFORD, MA — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a school bus in Westford, according to the Middlesex District Attorney's office. The crash was happened around 3:48 p.m. on West Street near Blanchard Middle School.

The motorcyclist, a 20-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not publicly identified him.

The bus was carrying middle school students from the Acton-Boxborough Regional School District at the time of the crash. No one on board was injured.

The driver of the bus was taken to an area hospital as a precaution, the DA's office said.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. No charges have been filed.
