Restaurateur of the Year Award Goes To Westford Man
The Massachusetts Restaurant Association is set to honor Ryan Dion of 110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria in Westford.

WESTFORD, MA — A Westford-based restaurant man is being recognized as the Restaurateur of the Year. The Massachusetts Restaurant Association will host the 2020 Annual Awards Dinner at The Seaport Hotel where it will honor 110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria Chief Operating Officer Ryan Dion, as the Restaurateur of the Year, according to a release.
110 Grill is a growing restaurant group based in Westford, with 29 locations around Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York and plans to expand to Rhode Island and Connecticut this year.
110 Grill with its scratch kitchens, private dining rooms, large horseshoe-shaped bars and outdoor patios with fire pits, was recently named one of the “Top Ten Most Allergy-Friendly Restaurant Chains in America” by AllergyEats.

Then, Evviva Trattoria, with locations in Wrentham, Westford and Marlborough features modern Italian food served in a casual setting.
Ryan Dion said he was humbled by the recognition.

"This award is one of the highest honors in the industry," he said in a statement. "I am fortunate to be surrounded by some of the best leaders in the industry along with vendor partners and colleagues of the MRA that have helped shape me into the leader that I am today."
The annual dinner and award later this month is the highlight of the New England Food Show, an event for the region’s foodservice and retail buyers.
