UPDATED: Water Main Break on Blackthorne Drive

UPDATE: The water main break was repaired and full water service was restored as of Tuesday afternoon.

WESTFORD, MA - Residents of Blackthorne Drive were expected to experience a temporary loss of water Tuesday due to a water main break.

Crews were working to repair the water main break Tuesday afternoon and hoped to restore regular water service as soon as possible.

Westford residents were warned they could see discolored water or air in their home water lines and were instructed to run cold water for a few minutes to flush out any discoloration once service was restored.
