Westford Girls Ice Hockey Nets Shoot-Out Victory

WESTFORD, MA - The Westford Academy girls' ice hockey team needed a shoot-out to secure a spot in the quarterfinals.

In Saturday's first-round match-up, Westford Academy (13) beat No. 4-seeded Billerica in a shoot-out 2-1 victory.

Westford Academy now moves on to the Division I quarterfinals. The girls will face No. 5-seeded Woburn on Tuesday, March 8 at 8 p.m. at O'Brian Rink in Woburn.
