Westford Police Seize Drugs, Loaded Handgun After Crash
Westford police officials said they arrested a man from Waltham after he crashed into a curb near the Chelmsford border.

WESTFORD, MA — Late last week a crash on Main Street near the border with Chelmsford lead to the arrest of a 20-something from Waltham, according to police.
" While investigating the crash actions and statements of the operator led to the discovery a various narcotics and a loaded .380 handgun in the subject’s waistband," Westford police said in a statement.
The man was arraigned at Ayer District Court Friday on numerous drug and firearms related charges, according to Westford Police.

Police found the man crashed on Main Street near Blueberry Lane. He told police that he disabled his car when he hit a curb early Friday.
