Westford Road Race May 7

WESTFORD, MA — The 18th annual Westford Road Race is Sunday, May 7. The race starts at 2 p.m. at the Abbot School. The event include a family fun run, 5K and 10K races.

Race-day registration is $15 for the fun run, $30 for the 5K and $35 for the 10K. The race, organized by the Westford Charitable Foundation, is sponsored by the Sullivan and Cogliano, Waste Management and Emerson Hospital's Westford Health Center. This year's event is being held in memory of Cindie Davis Holub.

There will be several road closures and detours on race day from about 1:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. The affected roads are Main Street, Depot Street, Hildreth Street, Lincoln Street, Forge Village Road, Graniteville Road, Concord Road and several secondary roads.
