The 5 Richest Middlesex County Homes To Hit Market In Last Month

All the homes are asking for more than $5 million - and two of them are even surpassing $8 million.

If the median price of a Massachusetts home sale gives you the sweats, you may want to look away. Five homes in Middlesex County alone hit the market in the last month with an asking price of more than $5 million - two of them even surpassed $8 million.

The median price of a home sale in Massachusetts is $389,500, the The Warren Group announced last week. That accounts for all home sales in 2018 through August.

Take a look at the big-money homes new to the market, according to realtor.com. The locations may not surprise you.
