Annual Flu Vaccine Clinic In Town Of Weston

The Weston Board of Health in conjunction with the Weston Emergency Reserve Corps will hold the Annual Flu Vaccination Clinic on November 7th from 10:00 - 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of Town Hall. Preregistration is required for this free clinic in order to reduce crowd size. To further reduce crowd and wait times, please have the required flu clinic forms filled out when you arrive. These can be accessed online by following the link below.

1. Register for a timeslot for the Weston 2020 Flu Clinic
2. Enter and confirm your email address (you do NOT need to register an account)

After you register, you will receive an email notice with a link to screening and insurance forms. These forms are also available on the Town's website. Please fill out these forms for each person you are scheduling and bring your insurance card and the completed forms with you to the clinic.
