Annual Weston Fishing Derby This Weekend
The Wayland-Weston Rotary and Weston Firefighters put on this annual derby, rain or shine.
WESTON, MA—It's happening rain or shine. The Weston Firefighters and Weston-Wayland Rotary Club team up to put on the annual fishing derby at the Weston High School pond.
The event, which takes place on Sunday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to noon, and cash prizes are awarded in different age groups. The event is for ages 14 and under.
The first 50 people to attend get a free tree to plant.
