Celebrate the transition of winter to spring around the farm at the Sugaring Off Festival. Come see how our famous maple syrup is boiled & bottled in the sugar house with the help of students in our After-School Maple education program. Weβve been working hard through the winter tapping trees and collecting sap, and now you can enjoy the sweet reward!
Enjoy a pancake breakfast, bake sale, Karma Coffee, and hot cocoa! Come by the Bill McElwain Sugar House for free tours to see the amazing process of boiling maple sap into syrup! The Landβs Sake education team will be on hand to answer questions and our local maple syrup will be sold for the first time this season. Join the celebration of this amazing process and our continued effort to keep the forest alive!
