Bloomberg recently evaluated IRS data to come up with the nation's priciest communities. The most expensive in Massachusetts? That would be 02493, which is Weston.

In fact, Weston is so expensive, Bloomberg ranked it as the ninth most-affluent ZIP code in the entire country.

Weston, where the average income is $191,744, is situated in the suburban Boston area known as MetroWest.

Currently, the highest-priced home for sale there is listed at $18.5 million. The cheapest home on the market now in Weston is this home, priced at $659K.

So what's the richest ZIP code in America? That would be Fisher Island, near Miami Beach, Florida. The average income there was $2.5 million in 2015.
