WESTON, MA β€” It's July 14 and thunderstorms (with half-dollar sized hail) are rolling across the state. Here's what Patch has been covering between MetroWest and Worcester and across Massachusetts today.

A Weston man has pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud in connection to a schemed to defraud private high schools and international students, according to federal prosecutors. Keenam "Kason" Park, 59, accepted tuition payments from students through the company EduBoston, but never turned them over to schools. He ended up take some $5 million, prosecutors said.
