Proposal For All-Girls Overnight Basketball Camp In Weston
A proposal for an all-girls overnight basketball camp is being proposed in a public meeting at the Planning Board.
WESTON, MA—Behn Basketball Camp has reserved space at Regis College for a basketball camp this summer, and is hoping for approval from Weston's planning board to do so.
A public hearing on the proposal is being held on Wednesday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Weston Town Hall.
Grant Elliot of SB Sports Partners is proposing a Behn Basketball Camp, an all-girls overnight sports camp at Regis College, to take place June 22 to June 24.

The campers and staff would use three of the main facilities at Regis, and anticipate between 50-60 campers and six adult staffers.
Campers get significant time in individual skill development as well as team play. The staff will hold an awards ceremony at the end of the weekend.
