Route 20 Weston Development Brings 180 Affordable Housing Units
Woodleigh Farms will be a mix of properties on Route 20 in Weston.
WESTON, MA—A mixed development known as Woodleigh Farms could be built on Route 20, the up to 180 units ultimately fulfilling Weston's required affordable housing mandate, according to reports.
The development at 751-761 Boston Post Road near the Waltham line is a proposal in combination with Boston Properties land, reports Wicked Local Weston. Under the proposal, 25 percent of the units would be considered "affordable" by the state's guidelines. Boston Properties on Route 20 would provide 125 units of senior housing.
