Regarding public meetings, the Governor's state of emergency is set to be rescinded on June 15th. The emergency order allowed for relief in the Open Meeting Law, which allowed public bodies to meet remotely (via an online meeting platform) rather than in-person. The Governor has filed for special legislation to extend this relief through September 1. Please watch for future communications regarding the status of this potential legislation.
