At 12:26 a.m., an officer on patrol pulled over a driver speeding. The officer arrested Todd McKinnon Duckworth, 38, of 111 Felton St., Waltham. Duckworth was charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation, and operating under the influence of liquor.
At 2:24 a.m., an officer on patrol pulled over an erratically-driven car on South Avenue by Wellesley Street. The officer arrested Evelin Herrera, 23, of 152 Beacon St., Framingham. Herrera was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.

At 1:36 a.m., an officer on patrol pulled over an erratically-driven car on South Avenue by Newton Street. The officer arrested Michael D. Talentino, 26, of 27 Davelin Road, Wayland. Talentino was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation and a no inspection or sticker violation.
