Weston Junior's Academic Work Recognized
WHS junior Grace Huckins' work on student attitudes toward physics will be published this spring.
○ Whiz Kid's Age: 15
○ Whiz Kid's School: Weston High School
○ Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: Grace Huckins spent her 2010 summer studying ninth grade attitudes about physics with WHS science teacher Dr. Boris Korunsky. A paper the two wrote about the study, titled "Physics Thirst? A Survey of Ninth-Grade Physics Students," will appear in the April 2011 issue of academic journal The Physics Teacher.
