The seatbelt covers help first responders identify someone in the car who is on the autism spectrum.
WESTON, MA β The Weston Police Department has started its annual seatbelt cover giveaway. The seatbelt covers are specially designed to help first responders identify passengers in the car who are on the autism spectrum.
The blue seatbelt covers feature the Autism Awareness logo along with the phrase "May resist help." The covers were donated to the department by the Doug Flutie Jr Foundation for Autism.
