Weston Realtors Named Among Best In Massachusetts

WESTON, MA—Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. announced on Monday that principals Amy Mizner and Sheryl Simon were once again honored by REAL Trends, a source of news, analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry.

The Mizner Simon Team’s transaction volume exceeded $105 million, ranking them No. 4 in Massachusetts for total sales volume. Mizner and Simon have been Weston’s top team since 2005 with more than $1 billion in total career sales.

One member of the top-producing Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. team, Traci Shulkin, was also ranked as an individual at #109 with a transaction volume that exceeded $26 million. Shulkin is known for her “tell it like it is” personality, honesty, integrity, and aggressive negotiating style, said the announcement.

“We are honored in this competitive industry to be named once again to the list of top selling real estate teams in Massachusetts,” said Mizner.
