A four-story, multifamily apartment complex in Boston’s West Roxbury has sold for $9.4 million, Banker & Tradesman reports.

Yee Enterprises, the company that acquired the property, received $7.5 million in financing to assist with the purchase.

It’s unclear what Yee Enterprises plans to do with the property, which is located at 218 and 250 Spring Street.

The 55-unit, two-building structure is located across from the VA Hospital. It offers a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio apartments.
