More than 3,000 Attend Annual JP Music Festival
Severe weather conditions prevented two bands from performing this year.

It was a successful year for the JP Music Festival in Jamaica Plain.
The event, held on Saturday, Sept. 6, welcomed more than 3,000 people at Pinebank Field.

“Impending lightning forced us to stop at 6:15, so the two bands that did not get to play, Blue Gold and Streight Angular, will get to pick their set times next year,” according to Charles McEnerney, Principal at Layers Marketing in JP, which helped promote the event.
