Obituary: Patricia MacKinnon, Former West Roxbury Resident

Patricia “Pat” (Leary) MacKinnon, of Sharon and formerly of West Roxbury, passed away on Monday, Sept. 22 at the age of 84.

Raised in the Boston area, she lived most of her life in West Roxbury, later retiring in Sharon. She is a 1948 graduate of Girls Laton School and a 1952 graduate of Emmanuel College.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, Sept. 25 from 2-4 p.m. at the Gormley Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at St. Theresa of Avila Church, 2078 Centre St. in West Roxbury at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 26.

Donations can be made in her memory to St. Jude Hospital, Operation Smile or to any other charity.
