A local developer and resident of West Roxbury is looking to build a massive 1.08-acre multifamily development along the VFW Parkway.
The four-story, 84-unit building will encompass 108,661 square feet. Peter Davos, of Sovad LLC, has proposed the project for 1235-1237 VFW Parkway and 165 Gardner Street, according to the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
The location, which has been vacant for many years, is that of the former International House of Pancakes.

Davos’ plans include 63 multi-bedroom units and 21 single-bedroom units, as well as 126 on-site parking spaces.
