Affordable Housing in Westwood Lottery Now Open Through 9/12

University Place at Westwood Station is a group of condominiums for first-time homebuyers.

First-time homebuyers are eligible to enter the lottery for affordable housing condominiums at University Place at Westwood Station. There are ten one and two bedroom condominiums, costing $204,300 and $229, 400. In order to enter the lottery, applicants must have a mortgage pre-approval letter.

The application for the lottery may be attained here. An information session will be held at the library on August 13 at 6:30pm. All applications must be postmarked by September 12. The maximum allowable income for a single person is $62,450.
