Council on Aging and Westwood Media Center Airing Classes

Through the end of May, Westwood Media Center will be airing classes on its cable station (Comcast 8 & 12, and Verizon 32 & 42).

Looking for a way to stay active during the COVID-19 pandemic? Westwood Media Center and the Westwood Council on Aging have paired up to offer free daily programs on the WMC's cable station (Comcast 8 & 12, and Verizon 32 & 42) through the end of May 2020.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday
9:00-9:45 - Cardio Strength & Stretch
10:00-10:45 - Line Dancing
11:00-12:00 - Music Matters
