Dedham's Legacy Place Is Bursting With February Vacation Fun!
Legacy Place's "Winter Survival Guide" promises fun over February vacation.
Dedham's Legacy Place will host its first-ever Winter Survival Guide event this February vacation (also known as Presidents' Day Week). Many Legacy Place vendors will be taking part. The options cover winter breakers from preschool age and beyond!
LL Bean's Winter Survival Guide offerings include: Tuesday, February 19th 10:00 am - 11:00 am: Tent Tales for Tykes - Storytime for kids ages 3-6; Tuesday, February 19th 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Free in-store clinic: Wildlife Tracking 101 - for kids ages 7-12; Thursday, February 21st 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Free in-store clinic: Map Fundamentals - for kids ages 7-12; Sunday, February 24th 10:00 am - 1:00 pm: $39 Introduction to Map and Compass Skills Course, minimum age 10 years old.
Also on Tuesday the 19th, Apple is hosting a free Make Your Own Emoji from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. b. good offers Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays with the purchase of an adult entree.

Amazon Books offers two Fancy Nancy Tea Party on Thursday, February 21 at 10:30am and 12:00pm as its part of the Winter Survival Guide. Adults can attend the free all levels Vinyasa Flow at Athleta on Saturday the 23rd at 8:30am. Also on that day, a Winter Break Survival Guide print out discounts a Boston Interiors purchase by 15% and a repair at Jared by 15%.
Throughout the week, showing a printed out Winter Survival Guide at various Legacy Place vendors will get you discounts and special offers. These include $5 off a purchase of $20 or more at It's Sugar, 15% off at Muse Paintbar, $10 drop-in classes at Pure Barre, and Showcase Cinemas will offer membership in its Popcorn Club for half price.

The week ends with the Legacy Place Lodge Party on Saturday, February 23rd, from 11:00am - 2:00pm. It will take place in front of Boston Interiors and feature a festive aprés ski atmosphere with a hot chocolate bar, lift ticket giveaways from Mount Sunapee and a life-sized dog sledding ice sculpture (read: great Instagram fodder or just to send a photo to Grandma or Auntie about your February staycation).
