Elementary School Building Project Events Taking Place Soon
Feedback sessions will be happening on 10/23 and 11/4 at 7pm, and education plan presentations will be on 12/9 and 12/12, all at Thurston.
As reported by Westwood Patch last March, Westwood is undergoing a School Building Project surrounding its elementary schools.
On October 23 and November 4, information and feedback sessions will be held in Thurston Middle School's cafeteria at 7pm. These sessions will include a review of the School Building Process and a chance to meet the architect and project manager. Following this, small groups with the intended focus of "project priorities" will occur.

These school building community forums will be followed by two Education Plan Presentations on December 9 and 12 at 7pm in Thurston Middle School's cafeteria. The Education Plan Presentations will review the School District's "roadmap for educational excellence in Westwood" and project priorities.
