Hale Reservation Celebrates Centennial

Upcoming events include June Summer Club Reunion and July All Camp Reunion

Hale Reservation turns 100 in 2018, and the celebrations have begun. Two upcoming celebrations are the Hale Celebrates 100 at Hale Summer Club on June 23 and the Hale Celebrates 100: All Camp Reunion on July 26.

June 23's Hale Celebrates 100 at Hale Summer Club is designed for former and present members of "Membership Beach, Family Beach, Hale Summer Club," or as Westwoodians simply refer to it, "Hale." Whether your Hale memories include swimming at the beach, fishing, or something else, this reunion will be great. Tickets are $15 for people over eight yeas old, free for children eight and under. The events will include chances to swim and boat starting at 5pm, finishing off with a cookout with s'mores at 6pm.

July 26's All Camp Reunion will be magnificent. Not just designed for alumni of "Hale [Day] Camp," it aims to include alumni of all day camps which were or are at Hale: Camp Grossman, Mass General Hospital's ASPIRE camp, South Shore Stars, YMCA camps (including the late Camp Quinobequin), and many others. It will begin at 6:30pm and tickets are $30 each.
