LWV to host (Virtual) Westwood Candidates' Forum 4/14, 7 pm

The Westwood Candidates Forum will air on Wednesday, April 14 at 7 PM on YouTube here.

Westwood Election Day this year is Wednesday, April 28 (moved from Tuesday, April 27).

The Westwood/Walpole/Dedham League of Women Voters will produce this virtual event in coordination with the Westwood Media Center.

The forum will feature the candidates infive contested races: Library Trustee, Moderator, Planning Board (3 year), Planning Board(1 year), and Select Board. Candidates will have the opportunity to answer questions formulated by League members in rotation.

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan, multi-issue, grassroots organization that encourages informed and active participation in local, state, and national government. The League develops positions on issues, but does not support or oppose candidates or political parties. It has a long tradition of providing important voter information services, such as this forum.
