Online Event Discussing Policing In Westwood Now On July 30

"Policing & Racial Justice in Westwood w/ Chief Silva & Mr Coleman" is sponsored by Inclusive Westwood, Neighbors in Action, and LWV.

On July 30, 2020 at 5pm, Neighbors in Action, Inclusive Westwood [link is to join their Google group], and the League of Women Voters Westwood/Walpole/Dedham will host an interview with Westwood Police Chief Jeffrey Silva and Westwood Town Administrator Chris Coleman via Zoom. "Policing & Racial Justice in Westwood: A Conversation with Chief Silva" will begin with an interview discussing issues including transparency, accountability, biases, and areas for Westwood Police Department to improve. After this interview, people on the Zoom call will be able to ask Chief Silva and Administrator Coleman questions.

The Zoom room for this meeting will open at 4:45pm. Westwoodians can sign up via the Eventbrite link.
