Multiple Westwood schools and churches came together to make this holiday magic happen.

Santa's sleigh looked a great deal like Westwood's Council on Aging van last Wednesday. Two Santas delivered gifts to eighty of Westwood's homebound seniors.

Donations for this magical event came from the Deerfield School's fifth grade class, Martha Jones School's PTO, Westwood Integrated Preschool, Thurston Middle School's sixth grade class, Westwood Public School’s PTO, St. Margaret Mary’s Church (both its religious education students and parishioners), First Parish Church, and Girl Scout troop #6227. Many other Westwoodians and community groups also donated.

Despite the cold, the comfort and joy that was given overwhelmed so many of Westwood’s elders.
