Student Brings Knife to School; Students Receive Inappropriate Snapchat Messages
The Westwood Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests.

Thursday, June 6
9:33 a.m.: Officers received a report of a juvenile matter at Westwood High School. A parent found a small knife on school grounds and turned it in to the school's administration who then turned it over to Westwood Police for destruction.Â
1:15 p.m.: Police served a no trespass letter stemming from a prior incident on Whitewood Road.Â

1:41 p.m.: Officers responded to a juvenile matter at Westwood High School involving students receiving inappropriate requests from the Snapchat application from someone immediately not known to them. The matter is under investigation.Â
7:58 p.m.: A caller asked police to locate a 15-year-old family member. Officers assisted and returned the boy to his home.Â
