Suspicious Backpack Left in Municipal Parking Lot

Friday, July 5

1:54 a.m.: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Sherman Way. Officers mediated the situation and advised residents about their rights to a protective order. 
2:40 p.m.: Officers received a report of an unattended backpack in the municipal parking lot and determined it was not a threat. The items was taken to the station until it is retured to its owner. 
9:13 p.m.: A caller reported a white vehicle with a black stripe with its light off on Strafford Road. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
