"Understanding and Responding to Bias and Hate" On May 2

Faithful Women in Action and the Anti-Defamation League will present the event on Holocaust Remembrance Day 2019.

This Holocaust Remembrance Day and World Day of Prayer, Faithful Women in Action will host "Understanding and Responding to Bias and Hate." The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) will present on this topic. WCVB's Ted Reinstein will be the moderator. Dialogue and refreshments will follow this presentation.

Although admission to the event is free, an collection will be held for Facing History and Ourselves. This nonprofit's mission is to engage students of diverse backgrounds in an examination of racism, prejudice, and antisemitism. The end goal of this mission is to promote a more humane and informed citizenry.

"Understanding and Responding to Bias and Hate" will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Temple Beth David in Westwood, MA. All are welcome. RSVP by April 29, at this link.
