Westwood Community Chest to Host “Gratitude & Glitter”

The fundraising gala promises Italian food, raffles, a silent auction, and more.

Westwood Community Chest’s annual gala will be held at Chiara Bistro in Westwood on January 28, 2019. “Gratitude & Glitter” will raise funds for the organization* which is dedicated to “neighbors helping neighbors.” Chiara Bistro’s Executive Chef, Steven LaCount, will be serving foods from both Northern and Southern Italy. These treats will find their pairings in wines selected by wine experts at Gratitude & Glitter’s Premier Sponsor, Roche Brothers.

But food isn’t the only draw at Gratitude & Glitter! A silent auction will include “getaway packages, Sports events, and Lifestyle & Wellness selections.” The raffle features many items, but the grand prize is a pair of Sonos Play:1 speakers. A wine pull will also be held.

Westwood Community Chest’s Mission Statement is “Westwood Community Chest (WCC) is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping Westwood residents in need through temporary financial assistance.
