Westwood Planning Board will hold a remote public meeting on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 7:00 PM via Zoom. Call to Order: 7:00 pm. The Chair will explain the meeting procedures.

1). 3, 6, & 9 Recess Way-OSRD* Definitive Subdivision Modification Public Hearing. Request to revise the approved drainage on lots 1 and 2 (3 & 9 Recess Way off of Far Reach Road) from a surface stormwater system to subsurface infiltration system. Original Definitive Subdivision approval from November 2015.

2). Re-certification of release granted by the Planning Board on October 14, 1997 to permit recording of release from subdivision agreement. Seller of lot 23 (now known as 14 Bridle Path) request certification of street lot release for recording at the Registry of Deeds.
