WESTWOOD, MA — The Westwood police and fire departments are looking for someone to answer emergency calls in the dispatch center. The dispatcher will take calls for the police, fire and emergency medical services.

The departments are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and maintain their composure under stressful situations.

Requirements for the job include a high school degree or equivalent and one year of experience in customer service. Candidates must be able to speak and read proficient English and pass a background check and drug test.
