Westwood Summer Program Instructor Tests Positive For COVID-19

In an email to Westwood Public Schools parents, Superintendent Emily Parks reported that contact tracing has begun.

In an email sent to Westwood Public Schools parents on July 15, 2020, Superintendent Emily Parks informed the community that a program staff member in the Extended School Year special education program tested positive for COVID-19.

Contact tracing from the Westwood Department of Public Health has begun, and the Downey School has been closed to be cleaned "in accordance with [Centers for Disease Control] guidelines.
