Westwood Zoning Board Of Appeals Public Hearing Is Scheduled On June 16

Pursuant to Chapter 40A, §9, the Board of Appeals will meet on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 7:00 PM. The Governor’s March 12, 2020 Executive Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A, §18 is expected to expire on June 15, 2021. This meeting is being scheduled as an in-person meeting at the Champagne Meeting Room at 50 Carby Street. If remote meeting provisions are extended, the meeting may be changed to a combination in-person and remote meeting or just a remote meeting. Accordingly, you must check the Town’s website and the Board/Committee’s page for any updated information on the meeting call the ZBA office at 781-255-2595.

The public is encouraged to participate in the hearing and will be allowed to make comments, if they wish to do so, during the portions of the meeting designated for public comment. The Chair will continue to give guidance and instructions as needed.
If the meeting is held via Zoom webinar, every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite our best efforts, we will post on the town website, www.townhall.westwood.ma.us, an audio or video recording, or transcript, as soon as practicable after the meeting.
