Hospital Arraignment Expected For Man Shot by Weymouth Police
A man shot by a Weymouth police officer Friday is expected to be arraigned at South Shore Hospital Monday afternoon.
The Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office has been informed by court and police personnel to expect a bedside arraignment at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth for William J. Sylvester, 35, who was shot by police responding to a domestic dispute Friday night.
The office has not yet been provided a definitive time but does not anticipate that it will occur before mid afternoon on Monday.Â
