To whom it may concern:

"Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (Algonquin) was issued Air Quality Plan Approval - Transmittal No.X266786 (the Plan Approval) by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) on August 26, 2019. The Plan Approval authorizes the construction and operation of the Weymouth Compressor Station, 54 Bridge Street, North Weymouth, Massachusetts.

In accordance with Section 4.A., Table 12, Condition 7 of the Plan Approval for the Weymouth Compressor Station, Algonquin is required to notify the town of Weymouth prior to any potential offsite sound impacts at the facility. Algonquin is planning to operate it’s emergency generator for standard unit testing activities.

Unit will be operated intermittently on February 12th, from approximately 12 pm to 5 pm. The work is scheduled to be completed during the daytime. Algonquin will notify the Town of any changes to the above."
