In an effort to slow the spread, it is critical that we all follow the advice of our health experts:

Please practice social distancing — keep (at least) 6 feet apart from others

Stay in your home or yard unless necessary.

Wash your hands frequently.

Avoid touching your face.

Practice good sanitation and hygiene at home.

If you must go out in public, cover your nose and mouth and please keep at least 6 feet between you and others.

If you have any symptom of COVID 19, call your primary care physician and get an order to be tested. While waiting for the test results, stay home in isolation from others. If you test positive, you must isolate at home and your close contacts must quarantine for 14 days.

I know we’re all restless and as the weather gets nicer, we all want to be out enjoying ourselves. But now is the most critical time to protect ourselves and others — this is a health emergency and we need your cooperation to slow the spread and save lives.
