First-Time Homebuyer Seminar to be Held in Weymouth

Kim DeGust of Coughlin & Company Real Estate said the event will feature professionals who will speak about home inspections, the closing progress and legal matters and homeowner’s insurance.

Susana Griffin of the Bank of Canton will be talking about financing with an emphasis on options available to first-time buyers.

Mike Ciavattieri of Bonsai Inspection will let buyers know what to expect in the home-inspection.

Local real estate attorney Thomas F. Williams of Thomas F. Williams & Associates P.C. of Quincy will give a presentation on the closing process and legal matters.

Kathy Cahill of Amity Insurance of Quincy will be on hand to answer any questions about homeowner's insurance.
