This free bereavement support group is for adults who have lost a spouse.

Begins Thursday, April 15 through June 3; 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

This free bereavement support group is for adults who have lost a parent.

Begins Wednesday, April 14 through June 2; 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.


Memorializing Your Lost Love One: A Workshop on Grief and Bereavement

This free online workshop is open to anyone who has experienced the death of someone they love and is coping with grief.

Tuesday, April 6, 2020; 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

All support groups and the workshop are held virtually via Zoom.

Pre-registration is required. The Zoom link will be sent to participants once they are registered. Groups may be joined within the first two weeks.
