Both the Weymouth and Quincy locations are taking part in collecting donations.

WEYMOUTH, MA — The Everday Cafe is giving out free coffee today with a donation to the Weymouth Police Department and the families of the fallen Sergeant Michael Chesna and Vera Adams. Both the Weymouth and Quincy locations are taking part in collecting donations.
As of 11 a.m., Owner Kerrie Doherty said over $3,000 was raised. "People have been so overly generous," Doherty said. She said some people have been kind enough to donate $20, $40, and in one case $300.
Doherty said she broke down when three little girls came up to her today to donate a dollar. They said they wish they could give more. "I must have cried three times today," said Doherty.
