The restaurant, located at 159 Bridge St., was planning on shutting down this week but have delayed those plans. Trish Nutter, one of Kelly's Landing's co-owners, told the Patriot Ledger that they are waiting for the real estate closing to be scheduled. Until then, they'll be serving seafood.

When the sale happens, the restaurant will belong to Joe and Janet Campbell of Cohasset. They plan on renovating the space and reopening as North Kitchen and Bar.
