Ready to improve your health and fitness?

South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness is open and ready to help you safely get back to your fitness routine! Located at 780 Main Street in Weymouth, the Center for Physical Wellness offers a variety of in-person exercise programs, as well as personal training.

Below is just a sample of classes open for registration:

  • Mindfulness in Movement: This relaxing, once-a-week program combines mindfulness, yoga, Tai Chi and balance. Tuesday, 4:30 p.m.-5:15 p.m.; $35/month
  • Functional Fitness: This class will help improve balance and functional strength. Tuesday and Thursday, 12:30 p.m.-1:15 p.m.; $55/month
  • Cancer Exercise Program: Designed for individuals looking to get back to a wellness routine post oncology treatment. Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m.; $60/month
  • Women’s Stretch and Strengthen: This resistance and cardio-based all women’s program helps to improve bone density and overall endurance. Monday, 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m., Friday 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.; $60/month.

To ensure your safety, all of our staff are required to wear a mask to help prevent the spread of illness. Additionally, all equipment has been arranged and properly spaced to maintain social distancing. Participants will be screened by staff members and required to wear a mask during their class time. Classes have a limited capacity of seven participants.
