Weymouth Among Most Affordable Towns To Buy A Car

WEYMOUTH, MA — Searching for a new car? Perhaps you should look at the dealerships in Weymouth.

A new study from car website Autolist has Weymouth as the fifth most affordable town in Massachusetts to purchase a car, with prices coming in on average at $267 below the state average. Framingham is the most affordable town with prices $400 below the state average.

Here are the five vehicles sold in town with the biggest savings:

• Porsche 911
• Ford F-350 Super Duty
• Lexus RX 350
• Lexus IS 250
• Chevrolet Suburban

These vehicles exhibit average savings between $1,785 and $1,003 off average prices in Massachusetts. In addition, the study also found the most affordable vehicles state-wide that averaged $1,556 to $1,171 savings compared to the national average, according to Autolist.

The study analyzed over 81 million vehicles and 4.6 billion unique data points across vehicles nationwide. Specific to Weymouth Town, it shows that the Porsche 911 is the most affordable model with prices $1,866 below the Massachusetts average.
