EXPIRED: Weymouth Under Flood Advisory

The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Weymouth and parts of Norfolk County.

WEYMOUTH, MA — A quick flood could come to Weymouth Saturday night.
The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Weymouth and parts of Norfolk County. The advisory is in effect until 8:45 p.m.

The NWS says a storm moving east was producing rainfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour. Minor flooding of streets, underpasses, and other poor drainage areas may occur.

A flood advisory is issued when minor urban and small stream flooding may occur. Residents are reminded to not drive through flooded roads.
