WEYMOUTH, MA — Construction is set to start on a $20 million condominium project on Weymouth Neck.
Work on Seascape at Weymouth will start by the middle of this month, the developers told WATD. The building on Broad Reach Road will be six stories tall and house 50 units.
The condos are being built at the site of the former fertilizer factory.
